Apartments

     The Novak apartments are situated in the most beautiful part of Brela - Stomarica. It is a three store house, surrounded by a beautiful flower garden. The house is placed right beside the sea and it is separated from beaches only with the promenade. Beaches have showers, dressing cabins and toilets. There is a little port in front of the house, daily visited by excursion boats. The town center of Brela is only 2 kilometers away. The nearest shop is about 10 minutes (on foot) away from the house. All guests have a grill at their disposal. There is enough parking place for all guests, 50 meters above the house.

1. Studio Apartment "Kate":

• Bedroom for two persons.
• Completely equipped kitchen.
• Bathroom with bathtub.
• Separate entrance.
• Room approx. 21m², terace approx. 10m².

2. Studio Apartment "Tonka":

• Bedroom for two persons (21 m²) + small bedroom for children (8 m²).

3. Studio Apartment "Ane":

• Bedroom for three persons.
• Completely equipped kitchen.
• Bathroom with bathtub.
• Separate entrance.
• Room approx. 26m², terace approx. 10m².

4. Apartment "Stipe":

• Double bedroom with extra bed.
• Completely equipped kitchen.
• Living room with TV.
• Bathroom with shower.
• Balcony (approx. 8m²) with the view on the sea.
• Separate entrance. Situated on the second floor.

5. Apartment "Jele":

• Situated on the second floor. For 8-10 persons.
• Three bedroom apartment, approx. 130m².
• Separate entrance.
• 1x two person bedroom, 2x three person bedroom.
• Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, one bedroom is with shower, other two with bathtub.
• All rooms have a balcony (approx. 6m² each), two rooms with the view on the sea, and one with the mountain view (mountain Biokovo).
• Completely equipped kitchen with dining room.

6. Apartment "Mare":

• Situated on the second floor.
• For 6-10 persons.
• Three bedroom apartment, approx. 150m².
• Separate entrance.
• 2x three person bedroom, 1x two person bedroom.
• Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, two bedrooms are with shower, and one with bathtub + additional WC in the hallway.
• Big balcony with beautiful view. All rooms have a balcony (approx. 6m² each), two rooms with the sea view, and one with the mountain view.
• Living room has a couch and TV.
• Completely equipped kitchen with dining room.
